We are a home health therapy staffing agency located in Northern Utah. We are proudly serving the communities in Box Elder County, Davis County, Weber County, Salt Lake County and Utah County. Our team of therapists provide thorough and extensive rehabilitative services including initial evaluations, treatment sessions, discharges and reassessments. 
How We Operate:
When an established home health company receives a new patient referral, our office will work to assign the appropriate clinician to theirs.  Our clinicians complete the initial evaluation all the way through to patient discharges. ​
Our Story:
Vallie Health began in February 2020. During a time of extreme uncertainty and rising unemployment, we were able to hire nearly a half dozen of the incredible clinicians who still make up our team today!

As we grew, our focus sharpened: we became firmly therapist and patient-centric. Why and what does this mean? The pandemic showed us within the larger healthcare system, truly patient-centered care often gets lost and at the same time, burnout among healthcare workers became its own epidemic. Through countless conversations with clinicians, it became clear that supporting the therapist is the first step to supporting the patient.

Our thinking is simple: help therapists rediscover meaning in their work, prevent burnout, and ensure they are compensated fairly for their unique perspective and expertise. When clinicians feel valued and supported, patients receive the care they deserve!

Vallie Health is still a family-run company (plus two dogs! and a toddler!). We are passionate about strengthening care in Utah's geriatric community. We know firsthand that older adults are underserved, and we believe OT, PT, and SLP are essential services that every person will need at some point in their life.
